General Questions
We have multiple cities with operate in, however, our headquarters are in Louisville, KY.
On Demand Kare is a nonprofit organization dedicated to oral health equity in the United States. Our mission is to improve access to care by (i) providing grants to providers who agree to serve in underserved communities and (ii) funding treatment for uninsured procedures required by those experiencing financial hardship.
We currently operate in 4 cities. *( Louisville, KY – Tampa, FL – Las Vegas, NV – Dallas, TX Coming Soon )
Service Questions
Unfortunately not, however, you may donate to our two main causes: (i) providing grants to providers who agree to serve in underserved communities and (ii) funding treatment for uninsured procedures required by those experiencing financial hardship.

Volunteer Questions
As of April 1st, 2021, our next big service day will be in mid-June in Detroit, MI.
The process is quite easy, simply visit the volunteer tab and fill out the form. We’ll contact you with an opportunity when it presents itself.
